Decisions must be data-driven, not opinion-driven.
Technical debt is financial debt. Every architectural choice has a cost.
People come before processes. Processes come before tools.
Cloud without governance becomes waste. FinOps is not about cutting, it's about investing with visibility.
Agility without delivery is theater. A sprint without a deploy is just a meeting.
If you can't explain it simply, you probably don't truly understand it.
A senior isn't someone who knows more. It's someone who solves better with less.
